The Size A model is intended for women with light to moderate flow and/or those who have not yet had vaginal births. -Before first use, sterilize the cup in boiling water for 3–5 minutes. -Wash your hands and fold the cup into one of the recommended positions (e.g., “C-fold”, “Punch-down”). -Insert the cup into the vagina, guiding it backward and downward, until it is comfortable and fully open. -To remove, gently press the base of the cup to release the vacuum and gently pull on the extraction ring. -Empty, wash with warm water and mild soap, and reinsert or store as needed. -Sterilize between menstrual cycles and store in a clean, dry place.
